Knack Collective is seeking an experienced and networked Sr. Account Manager/Account Director. You will have a strategy and client services background within the cloud technology industry that enables you to drive client engagements and interact at the highest levels of technology enterprises and with enterprise partners. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude and an innate ability to build authentic and lasting relationships with key business decision makers at all management levels. This role will play a pivotal part in the growth of Knack’s business, you will have an eye for new opportunities, and ability to build meaningful relationships within our client’s organizations.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor, successfully stabilizing and growing client accounts by advocating on client's behalf and identifying expansion and value-add opportunities
Lead internal project teams in the delivery of large-scale multi-channel demand campaigns and creative production programs
Work closely with marketing strategists, creative services and project management teams to successfully translate client needs and preferences into thoughtful project plans and GTM strategies
Own an assigned revenue target (book of business)
Mentor more junior team members and manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Represent the Knack brand values, helping to build positive brand equity and word of mouth referrals
Qualifications
5+ years of account management experience within an agency or business consultancy
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships, specific experience with AWS, Microsoft or Google is a big plus
Experience owning and executing an assigned revenue target (book of business)
Experience within the B2B marketing space is critical, specific experience with partner marketing ideal
Experience in managing large scale strategic demand campaigns and creative production programs
Strong presentation skills
Experience successfully owning relationships with senior level clients and multiple stakeholders
Possess a growth mindset and think critically about and communicate “what’s next, what’s right, and what can be improved”
