Sr. marketing Strategist

Job Description

Knack Collective is seeking a Sr. Marketing Strategist to lead both the project and business strategy for two strategic accounts within the technology sector. You will be the go-to marketing strategist, campaign planner and account manager responsible for cultivating relationships with and growing the accounts through strategic recommendations that meet the client’s business objectives and long- term goals.

required skills and experience

  • 7+ years’ marketing experience working within an integrated agency that has had a strong focus on digital marketing

  • Proven success leading the development, launch, measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns executed in multiple channels such as, email, digital, video, direct mail and social media

  • Content marketing experience is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of account-based marketing

  • Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation software

  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology

  • Passionate about building long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues

  • Natural leader, ready to mentor teammates.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with little oversight

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Prepared to roll up your sleeves, dig in and possess a get it done attitude

  • Bachelor's degree


  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for a variety of channels, industries, and target audiences in line with our client’s overall goals and that drive measurable impact.

  • Conduct thorough audience and competitor research

  • Synthesize client input into the most compelling value proposition, messaging, and strategic ideas

  • Brief and lead creative teams to develop compelling concepts, content, etc.

  • Drive demand generation through channels including:  content syndication; display advertising, social media advertising, paid search, events, etc.

  • Develop nurture programs targeting prospects across various channels with the goal of driving sales pipeline, proof of concept, revenue.

  • Test, measure and optimize messaging assets, media, segments, tactics, etc. on an ongoing basis

  • Act as an authority for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing.
