As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to Knack Collective’s PMO team. The ideal candidate has excellent project management skills, communication skills, attention to detail and has a positive, flexible can-do attitude. A successful Project Coordinator is extremely detail-oriented, an active-listener, able to take direction and follow process and is eager to learn.

The Project Coordinator role will support Knack Collective’s PMO department through the following areas of responsibility:


  • Establish and maintain project deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments, freelancers and vendors to ensure that projects were completed on time 

  • Prepare communication materials and authorizations such as meeting recaps, estimates, and campaign reports as needed and distributed to appropriate departments

  • Utilize web-based project management system to effectively communicate schedules, resources, estimates and budgets, and relevant project information across all clients

  • Work with the Project Manager to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

  • Ensure quality assurance across project deliverables through proofing and editorial reviews

required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst experience

  • 1-2 years of project coordination, marketing, or related experience

  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (Workamajig, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello), is a bonus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to resolve conflict with productive outcomes

  • Ability to manage multiple work-streams (projects) effectively and efficiently

  • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible with a strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadline with complex business/technical solutions

  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision and work across departments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
